Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Rockville, MD

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Maryland (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

- Strong knowledge of current therapy techniques and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload and documentation efficiently
- Dedication to evidence-based practices and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of students’ communication abilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
- Track progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide resources and strategies to educators and caregivers for generalization of skills
