Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain (Maryland preferred)
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- CCC-SLP preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain up-to-date records and progress reports according to school and state guidelines
- Work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
