Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Maryland
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status welcomed
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for supporting children with diverse speech and language needs in a school setting
- Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and progress reporting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Deliver both direct and consultative services to students across grade levels
