Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Active Maryland SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt easily to new settings and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success
- Maintain clear documentation, progress notes, and required reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide consultative support as needed
- Serve as an accessible resource for teachers and staff on speech-language disorders and intervention strategies
