Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rochester, NH

Required Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in New Hampshire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, onsite speech-language therapy to students according to their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess and document student progress, updating IEP goals as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each learner’s growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise in speech and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate records and meet compliance requirements set by the school and state regulations
- Adapt interventions to address a variety of communication challenges in a school environment
