Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, tailoring interventions to each child’s unique needs.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for case files and reporting requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer insights to guide educational planning.
