Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Active state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse colleagues and school staff
- New grads with school internship experience are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families
- Maintain accurate progress notes and compliance documentation
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
