Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct speech-language services to approximately 10-12 students within the program
- Delivering individualized therapy tailored to the functional needs of students working toward independence
- Collaborating with educational staff to support student progress and success
- Maintaining accurate documentation while working within the district’s established IEP system
- Participating in paid team meetings and managing indirect administrative responsibilities
The assignment requires two days per week, totaling about 14 hours weekly, with services provided at one school site. The position is contract-based, starting as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. This expanded schedule responds to increased service needs due to prior gaps in coverage.
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a valid CCC and school license
