Speech-Language Pathologist in Riverview, FL
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Riverview, FL, to support early childhood services within a dynamic school district. Key responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations for three-year-old children within the ChildFind program. Evaluations may be scheduled one to five days per week, providing coverage across various district locations or full-time at a single site. Required onsite presence ensures direct interaction with children and collaboration with educational staff. The role involves 7.5 hours of billable time and 8 hours total per day.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Florida SLP license is mandatory
- Candidates holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in early childhood speech-language evaluation preferred
- No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be considered
- Clinical Fellowship supervision is provided for CF candidates
