School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Riverside, California

Choose the assignment that fits your experience, whether focusing on elementary populations in Victorville or serving a diverse K-12 caseload in Needles—with opportunities for meaningful collaboration and dedicated SLPA support.
Key Qualifications:
- Active California state SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- CTC Clear Credential
- Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations, including K-6 and K-12 grade levels
- Willingness to travel (for Needles location: occasional travel to Monument Peak; mileage reimbursed)
- Able to work in person (remote/virtual roles are not available)
- Commitment to collaborating with school teams, families, and support professionals
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 55 students per SLP
- Collaborate closely with SLPAs and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough, timely documentation
- Foster a supportive, engaging learning environment tailored to each student’s needs
- Ensure compliance with state and district requirements
