Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Georgia SLP License
- Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Certification
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working in a K-12 school setting, preferably with middle school students
- Strong caseload management skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing service needs and priorities
- Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized therapy services within a school-based environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 8th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with educational standards
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Adapt to evolving caseload demands by prioritizing services for the neediest students
- Maintain all necessary licensure and documentation in accordance with state and school district requirements
