School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Rillito, Arizona

The majority of your direct work will be at Mountain View High School, complemented by a modest caseload split between Vista and MCAT campuses.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students develop essential skills for academic and social success. This full-time, full school year position welcomes professionals holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellow candidates eager to grow, and experienced SLPAs seeking mentorship opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active standard certification specific to Arizona requirements
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Relevant experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability across multiple sites
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech/language therapy services for a caseload of approximately 60-70 high school students
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
- Serve students with a wide range of needs, from articulation issues to ASD, including those in adaptive cluster programs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student achievement
- Support and consult with SLPAs, as applicable
