School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Rifle, Colorado

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students aged Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain thorough documentation to monitor student progress and comply with school standards
- Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups
- Collaborate closely with education professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
- Contribute to team meetings, parent conferences, and student planning sessions
