Travel School Speech and Language Pathologist | Ridgecrest, California

This position is based in Ridgecrest, CA, and is designed for licensed professionals with experience in school-based speech therapy. The role requires full-time commitment with a typical workweek of 37.5 hours, supporting an elementary school caseload during the academic year from August 6, 2026, to May 27, 2027.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working as an SLP in school environments, preferably with elementary-aged students
- Strong understanding of educational and speech therapy regulations and protocols
- Ability to engage with students, staff, and parents effectively
- Commitment to onsite work, delivering direct services within the school setting
- Excellent documentation and communication skills for therapy plans and progress reports
Location:
- Ridgecrest, California, with a travel position format requiring presence onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required
