This contract opportunity offers the chance to utilize your expertise as an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)–with CCC and school-based background–as you join a dedicated team for the 2026-2027 academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in school settings, ideally with elementary-aged students
- Excellent assessment, diagnostic, and therapy planning skills for a variety of speech and language disorders
- Adept at collaborating with faculty, families, and other related service providers in an educational environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management abilities
- Commitment to onsite service delivery—with a passion for in-person collaboration and student support
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs and document findings clearly
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions that foster communication skill development and academic success
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families for classroom and at-home support
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation for all services and student progress
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, parent conferences, and professional growth opportunities within the school community
