Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license and California credential (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Capability to manage and effectively support a PreK-12 caseload
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students in PreK through 12th grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all learners
