Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Richmondville, NY

Qualifications:
- Valid New York State Speech Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP services
- Solid understanding of speech and language disorders in children and adolescents
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans for students (K-12)
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Provide consultative recommendations and collaborate with educators and families
- Maintain accurate records and uphold all compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success teams
- Engage in ongoing professional development and support positive school culture
