Key Responsibilities:

- Provide therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations regarding student care.
- Monitor and adjust interventions based on student response and progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Virginia state license as an SLP.
- Experience is valued, with opportunities for practitioners with 0 to 10+ years in school-based settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students and school staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage diverse caseloads.
