Speech Language Pathologist in Richmond, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible for state licensure; active licensure preferred
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellows (CF)
- Prior school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required for the sign language support role
- Demonstrated skill in IEP development and conducting evaluations, especially for case management positions
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-time, contract role (35 hours per week; 7 hours per day with a 30-minute lunch)
- Serve elementary or high school populations, with majority of openings at elementary campuses
- Manage a manageable caseload and collaborate on-site with other SLPs
- Option to focus solely on case management and evaluations across three elementary campuses for those with IEP and assessment expertise
- Provide ASL-supported therapy and intervention, splitting time between a middle school and a high school for the designated sign language role
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
