Speech Language Pathologist in Renton, WA

Key Qualifications:
- Current Washington State SLP licensure/certification required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong background working with K–12 caseloads in educational settings
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI prior to start
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies to individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a caseload of up to 45 students
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Engage in ongoing professional development and best practice sharing
