Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Redlands, California

This full-time speech-language pathology role offers the chance to impact young lives across multiple campuses by providing essential services to students with mild to severe disabilities. New SLPs completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply, as supervision and mentorship are available, and applicants with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are especially valued.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
- Open to SLPs holding CCC or those in their CFY; CF supervision provided
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Ability to provide dynamic therapy for a diverse range of student needs (elementary and high school)
- Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, engaging in ISTs, and delivering direct therapy
- Commitment to in-person service (virtual services not available for this position)
What You’ll Do:
- Manage one of two caseloads—elementary (53–55 students across two schools) or high school with eAcademy (59–65 students)
- Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team sessions
- Deliver evidence-based speech therapy tailored to each student’s individualized goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
