What We're Looking For:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of California
- Experience working in school settings or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment, intervention strategies, and IEP development for K-8 populations
- Comfort with on-site therapy and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and school environments
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a K-8 caseload within a supportive school environment
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and contribute to IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals
- Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of required documentation
- Participate in team meetings and staff development as appropriate
