A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available starting in late November, offering a dynamic role within an elementary school setting. This position involves working directly with students to support their communication development and speech-language needs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:45 PM, providing a consistent routine and ample time for collaboration with educational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
  • Manage an elementary caseload focused on developing students’ communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support individualized education plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to pediatric speech and language needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain detailed documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience or interest in pediatric speech therapy within a school or healthcare setting.
  • Openness to teletherapy services as part of therapy provision.
  • Candidates holding a Certificate of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA) roles in school or healthcare contexts is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Location and Work Type:

  • This is a travel-based position located in Randolph, NJ, providing exposure to diverse pediatric caseloads.
