Beginning August 24, 2026, and running through June 9, 2027, you'll play a vital role in supporting students’ communication goals in collaboration with a dedicated educational team.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active professional SLP license
- Valid educator certificate in North Carolina (or eligibility for reciprocity)
- Experience in school-based settings is ideal, but CFYs will be considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and inclusivity
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student success
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough student records and progress documentation
- Participate in school and IEP team meetings
