Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Racine, Wisconsin

This full-time position offers 40 hours per week for the entire 2026-2027 school year, working exclusively onsite in a supportive educational setting near Racine, WI.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or pending CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY considered
- Previous experience delivering speech therapy in school or pediatric environments highly desirable
- Proficiency with a range of SLP service delivery models and therapy techniques
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication needs
- Strong documentation, communication, and organization skills
- Teletherapy experience is a plus, but in-person service is required for now
Role Expectations:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy to students primarily in grades 5 through 8
- Create individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to ensure progress and effective support
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed

- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
