Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Pratt, KS

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide comprehensive services to a K-12 student caseload for the full 26/27 school year. This contract position is based in Pratt, KS, serving a dynamic school environment dedicated to supporting the diverse communication needs of children across all grade levels.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support speech and language development goals
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and comply with all relevant regulations and policies
- Provide consultative services and training to classroom staff to support inclusion and effective communication strategies
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a full caseload effectively
