Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license (CCC preferred)
- Prior school-based SLP experience, ideally at the high school level
- Bilingual skills highly valued (but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to inclusivity and supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities
- Serve a high school caseload, conducting assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain detailed documentation to meet compliance and best practices
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
- Assist with referrals and provide expertise on language, fluency, and social communication challenges
