This contract opportunity in Pompano Beach, FL, offers a full-time position for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) and SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinicians. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to individual student needs within school settings.
  • Manage caseloads that vary by school assignment, including regular education and specialized programs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in supervision opportunities if you are a CFY candidate.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Florida provisional SLP license issued by the Department of Health.
  • Availability to work full-time (35 hours per week, 7 hours per day) on-site.
  • Commitment to fingerprinting and credentialing procedures as required by district policies.
  • Willingness to undergo a prescreen video interview.
  • Previous experience or interest in working with diverse student populations across multiple school sites is preferred.
  • Note: This position does not accept Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).

  • Positions available across numerous schools in Palm Beach County, including elementary, middle, and high schools.
  • Caseloads vary from partial FTE to full-time, with assignments designed to match candidate availability and district needs.
