Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous pediatric or elementary school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat articulation and fluency disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students, primarily in educational classroom settings
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Adapt interventions and therapeutic approaches to meet individual student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school and state guidelines
