Qualifications & Requirements:
- Hold a valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Educator Certificate (required for school-based therapy roles)
- Previous experience as an SLP in a school environment preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to students
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in alignment with school and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members to support student development and extend therapy beyond the classroom
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help develop individualized education plans
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners
