Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active SLP with CCC’s (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Prior supervisory experience required
- Eligible or current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience working with K-8th grade student populations
- Strong communication, time management, and leadership abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor SLP staff to ensure quality of service
- Oversee assessments, treatment planning, and therapy services for K-8 caseload
- Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide ongoing training and professional development support
