- Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to deliver effective, student-centered support
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all required compliance procedures
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the development of student goals
- Offer guidance and consultation to education professionals as needed
