Role Overview:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., spanning the school year from August to June.
- Serve a caseload of 22 students, focusing on those who are blind, visually impaired, and have multiple disabilities.
- Deliver direct therapy services in mixed-age educational settings.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure for the state of Pennsylvania or eligibility.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered.
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, teletherapy, and school-based settings.
- Comfort working with students with multiple disabilities and complex communication needs.
- Adaptable communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school and healthcare standards.
