School Speech Language Pathologist - Sonoma, CA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Recent experience in school settings preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with educators and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy to students with a range of needs
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Document sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Partner with teachers and other professionals to support student IEP goals
- Offer guidance and resources to families and staff on speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions as needed
