Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active SLP-CCC credentials
- Valid and current state licensure in speech-language pathology
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Ability to travel between schools if required (number of campuses assigned to be determined)
- Dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
- Professionalism and collaboration in a school-based multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to elementary students (approximately 45 on caseload)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support activities, and professional development
