- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Experience designing and delivering therapy plans for elementary-aged students (K–5)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational abilities to manage a caseload of approximately 60 students effectively
- Commitment to on-site service provision
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders in grades K–5
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning goals
- Documenting progress, preparing reports, and actively participating in IEP meetings
- Managing a full-time weekly schedule of 35 hours on site during school hours
