You’ll be working on-site, collaborating with an experienced Coordinator of Evaluations, and supporting a caseload of approximately 60 students across multiple campus locations. The ideal candidate will be ready to dive in and meet the needs of a dynamic high school environment, with confidence in managing responsibilities independently, as this position requires current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and does not offer supervision for CFY clinicians.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with active ASHA CCC
- Previous experience in a school-based or high school setting preferred
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and providing targeted interventions for diverse speech and language needs
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Flexible, organized, and comfortable traveling between multiple locations
Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a high school caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and the evaluation coordinator to address student needs
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide support across multiple assigned campuses as needed
