Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP in Nebraska
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is valued
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to support IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Conduct screenings and participate in eligibility determinations
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other staff to optimize student outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions
- Engage in professional development as required by the district
