Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
- Comfort supporting diverse learners and maintaining detailed records
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Provide consultative services and strategies to support speech-language growth in the classroom
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
