Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Palmyra, NY

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and CCC credentials
- Experience working in school settings, preferably with K-8 students
- Proven ability to manage, redirect, and support students with behavioral needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual (VOCO) service delivery
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8 students participating in ESY
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention strategies targeting students’ communication goals
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to address communication and behavioral challenges
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation to meet program and regulatory requirements
- Offer support and engagement to families, sharing progress and effective home strategies
- Adapt delivery modalities as needed including virtual (VOCO) sessions
