A certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time contract position supporting students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for K-5 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with school protocols
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license
- ESA Teaching Certificate is required
- Experience working in school settings with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseload independently and maintain thorough documentation
Work Details:
- Employment type: Contract position
- Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
