School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Oxford, New York

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in school settings or with elementary-age children preferred
- Strong understanding of fluency disorders and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy for students with fluency and speech sound disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
- Participate in school-based meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress
- Partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to maximize student success
- Engage creatively with students to build confidence in their communication abilities
