Use your expertise as a licensed SLP with current CCC credentials to deliver impactful, direct interventions that help students reach their communication goals during this important developmental stage.
What we're seeking:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- State licensure (or eligibility) in Kansas
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to confidently manage a diverse caseload of students in grades 6-8
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services, both individual and group, in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participating in IEP meetings as needed and offering expert recommendations
- Implementing evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s unique needs
