- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and IEPs supporting each student’s learning objectives
- Provide direct therapy for a diverse caseload of students with a variety of speech-language challenges
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Consult regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate speech goals into the overall educational experience
