Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required; support available for Clinical Fellows
- Prior experience in a school setting is an advantage, though not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized therapy for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the education team
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting in accordance with school guidelines
- Provide consultation and training to teachers and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
