Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- State licensure as required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to various student needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and guidance to students and staff
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and complete required reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team consultations
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support student outcomes
