K-5 School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Oakland, California

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
- Previous work with K–5th grade students, preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with school documentation standards

- Flexibility to adjust to varying caseload demands
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs with measurable goals aligned to each student’s needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Document sessions and maintain accurate student records
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
