Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage a caseload of 48 students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students with varying needs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development and implementation
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation of student progress
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other related service providers for coordinated student support
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive environment that helps each student reach their communication goals
This position offers a consistent, full-time schedule of 35 hours per week and allows you to play an essential role in students’ educational journeys. The school is conveniently located near Ontario, CA, with easy access to surrounding communities.
