Travel School Speech and Language Pathologist | Olympia, Washington
A travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Olympia, WA, serving a K-8 school environment. This role focuses on providing direct and indirect speech therapy services to a caseload of 13 students. Qualified candidates with current SLP certification and CCC credentials are highly sought after, and those already onboarded with Candys are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately 8 hours per week of direct speech-language therapy services.
- Complete indirect therapy work flexibly, accommodating varying schedules.
- Manage a caseload of 13 students ranging from Kindergarten through 8th grade.
- Collaborate with educational teams to support student progress and individualized goals.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting in compliance with school policies.
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children, especially K-8.
- Ability to manage a moderate caseload efficiently.
- Flexibility for travel assignments and remote indirect work.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Position duration: ASAP through the end of the current school year (EOSY) and potentially into the next school year (NSY).
