Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current and valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credentials
- Prior experience in a school environment is highly desirable
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to groups of students as outlined by Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and monitor progress with attention to each child’s unique needs
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans to address a range of speech and language concerns
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to facilitate student success
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
